Jacqui Mason is the consummate professional. Her passion for her craft is obvious in every project that she tackles. She never takes short cuts and does everything in her power to ensure that we received the utmost in superior customer service. Her background in art and interior design allows her to push the envelope on creative projects. An example is how she took an extremely bright ceiling and converted it into a beautiful sunset color which is not only unique, but also very soothing.
She listened intently to what I was trying to accomplish with not only a very large paint job, but also pulling everything together. She provided insight into the “whys” of interior design elements such as furniture, spacing, unique touches and the selection of a custom sized rug. She was very attentive and spent hours researching and selecting options that would meet my style and price range.
Jacqui really held our hands during the entire design process. There were a couple of instances where we ran into unique situations with vendors. She worked directly with the vendors to garner a better understanding of the situation and did a wonderful job educating me in the nuances of color variation, fibers and construction. Her personal vendor recommendations were of the highest standard.
In closing, I love the quote by Steve Jobs (Apple), “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” Jacqui is not only extremely knowledgeable and creative, but her passion shines through in every project that she tackles. Each of us has our own preferences and tastes in art.
That is why I had the opportunity to work together with Jacqui of Alluring Wallscapes for my custom work of art in my dining room. She understood exactly what I was looking for and then worked her magic. I wanted the walls to be simple however the dark charcoal hue and her technique brought out the modern sophistication that I was looking for on my walls!

About 5 years ago I enlisted Jacquie Mason’s help to brighten up a very dark and claustrophobic powder room. It had been decorated with a red grass cloth which really made the space appear smaller. Jacquie suggested painting the grass
cloth a soft blue rather than removing it and the space was transformed. The painted grass cloth also had a great textured look. This was a much more affordable alternative rather than stripping the grass cloth and repapering.

Last year, we commissioned Jacqui Mason to paint (create is a better word) a scene on a large wall in our Florida room. The room had three sides of glass, so this would be focal point for all to see in that room. I cannot describe adequately how beautiful this piece of art turned out. Her process was quite intricate. First, we went to her studio to get an idea of colors and context. After that, she painted her first draft of the mural. Using that as a template, she designed the entire wall, which measured 10 by 16 feet, into a beautiful colorful masterpiece which as the sun moves reflects the beautiful gold and azure blue tones of the mural.
We could not be more happy or grateful for how she has transformed a "wall"
into a piece of three-dimensional piece of art. I would highly recommend Jacqui to anyone or any business who wants their residence or business transformed into something beautiful.

It’s impressive how you transformed our lobby in HS4.
Eight years ago, we decided our lobby needed updating. Everyone enthusiastically contributed, pitched in and shared ideas. Unfortunately, the project had to be abandoned because visceral conflicts of ideas were escalating. Carolyn and I warned you that it was unlikely you would succeed if you took on this project because you would be working the same owners who couldn’t agree 8 years ago.
We were amazed and learned a new way of problem solving. It was masterful the way you built consensus one step at a time. Instead of questioning why each of us choose different consoles from the first group of consoles you offered, you learn our tastes and offered other choices. We responded again and offered comments. You listen well. Once trust was built and your method was understood, the rest of the project flowed smoothly. Surprisingly, we reached all agreements without any serious conflicts. Not only that, but you also completed the project in a timely manner and finished it 20% under budget.
The final result exceeded everyone's expectations. The lobby appears larger and far more welcoming than it was for the last 16 years. The new light fixtures make is much brighter and cleaner. When you look at how different each of the 6 units are decorated, it’s hard to believe we all love the final style you created

Jacqui Mason has been helping me design my home which I purchased it in January of 2021. She managed the entire painting process and helped me choose interior paint colors that stayed true to the original architectural features of the home while keeping it current and fresh. She painted a textured wall in my entry, but for the most part the paint colors keep the focus on the view. (The back of my house is a wall of windows overlooking a lake and golf course.) The house feels light and serene, and I enjoy the feeling of calmness it instills in me.
In addition, Jacqui helped me choose updated light fixtures throughout the home. I like to put my own stamp on things, so I spent a lot of time looking myself. Wow, it's overwhelming. There are thousands and thousands of fixtures out there!! But Jacqui guided me as to what styles would work and which ones to avoid. She would encourage me by saying " You can do better" and she was right. I wanted transitional with a touch of whimsy. Each room says something different but is united in color, form or texture. It is cohesive and I am very happy with how it turned out. The lighting gives a nod to coastal but do not scream it.
Finding furniture has been a challenge during Covid. Typically, I would just go to one furniture store and order what I needed. But everything is backordered or has long shipping times. At first, I was disappointed, but Jacqui took me shopping. Together, we found lots of quality consigned/used pieces that aren't available in typical furniture stores. My house is a now a beautiful blend of old and new pieces. It looks like I spent years curating the perfect pieces when in reality, it was just a few shopping trips with Jacqui.
Jacqui is currently painting a coffee table and a picture frame for me. I still have a few more days until I move in but I'm looking forward to getting things hung on the wall and for Jacqui to style my accessories.
